📝 Ingredients
- Egg – 2 pcs
- Flour (maida) – 1 cup
- Semolina (suji) – ½ cup
- Sugar – ½ cup (or as needed)
- Milk – 1 cup (lukewarm)
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Oil – for deep frying
🔪 Preparation Method

Prepare Batter
- Beat the eggs well in a bowl.
- Add sugar and whisk until dissolved.
- Mix in milk, flour, suji, baking powder, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir well until smooth (like pancake batter, not too thin).
- Cover and rest for 20–30 minutes.

- Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame.
- Pour batter slowly with a spoon or hand (small round shapes).
- Fry until golden brown and puffed up.
- Take out and drain excess oil.
